Managing an autoimmune condition takes more than dietary and lifestyle changes. Many triggers of autoimmunity are rooted deep within – unresolved trauma, suppressed emotions, harmful beliefs and repeating thoughts can lead to behaviours and life choices that prompt an autoimmune response.
That’s why my offering is different. We work together to create long-term sustainable wellbeing that encompasses heart, mind and body. This isn’t about running after future goals but cultivating a habit of living well right now – because every day we feel healthy and well is an end in itself.
Our bodies hold the answers to questions we might never think to ask. By becoming more attuned to our bodies, we gain greater insight into ourselves, which is the key to lasting change. That’s why including your physical experience in the coaching process can lead to profoundly positive shifts.
I also bring yoga into the coaching session in ways that meet your specific needs. Yogic teachings provide a practical framework for managing our autoimmune conditions by managing our mental and emotional states. I filter yoga’s ancient wisdom through the modern-day language of coaching to help you overcome triggers of autoimmunity and reclaim your body and your life.
