I teach yin yoga, restorative yoga and yoga nidra to support women who live busy lives. I also offer mindset coaching to help you prioritise what matters most to you in life. Reducing stress is our first priority – many of us rarely slow down long enough to fully unwind and connect with ourselves and our bodies. I can help you to do both.
I support you in managing existing health conditions and preventing future issues, including brain fog, fatigue, insomnia and painful joints. My offering also aids improved flexibility and mobility, greater emotional and mental balance, and increased focus.
The stress response is fierce. The body pumps out chemicals that interrupt sleep cycles and deprive the reproductive and digestive systems of what they need. Over time, it can impair memory, reduce mental focus and dysregulate the immune system – making you more susceptible to health issues. Many of us live in a state of chronic stress without even knowing it. This is where I can help.
The body’s relaxation response stops stress in its tracks. It helps to regulate sleep cycles, digestion and the immune response. It grows the parts of the brain responsible for memory function, improves focus and increases our capacity for change. When we experience deep rest, the brain can also produce chemicals needed to form new neural pathways. These enable us to make positive changes to our health and in our lives.
