Our bodies hold information about our thought patterns, emotions and experiences – past and present.
By becoming more aware of our bodies, we can better understand and manage our thoughts, emotions and the way we respond to whatever is happening around us. It’s this mind-body connection that guides us in making the choices that support our overall wellbeing.
As we work together, your body will become your compass – helping you to map your path to better health. We start by identifying your core values and the core limiting beliefs that block them.
Values are personal ideals. If we’re living in a way that conflicts with these, we end up fighting ourselves or fighting others. We find ourselves in relationships or situations that cause stress and stimulate our immune systems to attack unnecessarily. This can trigger an autoimmune response that has physiological consequences.
Values-based coaching supports you in identifying your ideals and the practical actions you can take towards values-based living. It also helps you to identify and overcome the beliefs and behaviours that prevent you from living well.
There is no single route to better health and wellbeing, nor is there a right way or a wrong way. There is only your way – and I am here to help you find it.
That’s why I use a wide range of processes and methodologies that have foundations in personal development and mindset coaching, the GROW model, neurolinguistic programming, yoga philosophy and practice, and mindfulness and meditation.
