Our bodies hold so much information about our thoughts, emotions and experiences. They hold wisdom too, which is why your body acts as your compass during our coaching sessions.
By becoming more mindful of your physical sensations in response to thoughts and beliefs, you grow more attuned to your intuition and gut instinct. It’s this mind-body connection that guides you in prioritising your wellbeing.
Values are personal ideals. If we’re not living in alignment with our values, or we end up in relationships, jobs and living situations that conflict with our values, we can experience an emotional response that has physiological consequences.
Values-based coaching supports you in identifying your ideals and the practical actions you can take towards values-based living. It empowers you to identify and overcome the beliefs and behaviours that prevent you from taking better care of your health and wellbeing.
There is no one way to manage an autoimmune condition. There is only your way – and I am here to help you find it.
